
Tom Waddill, a native of Colorado, holds a BA degree in psychology and sociology from Western State College in Colorado, and a masters in social work from the University of Denver. Long concerned with issues surrounding victim rights, he developed a victim assistance program for the Lakewood Police Department in Lakewood, Colorado, and is currently the coordinator of that law-enforcement based program. He has further worked to illuminate victim issues through programs such as Spiritual Dimension in Victim Services, and Neighbors Who Care on both the state and national level. Since 1991, Mr. Waddill has served as treasurer for Colorado's state victim's organization, COVA. He has served on numerous college and university faculties and on the advisory board for the social work program at Metro State College.
